Poor data quality was causing a 41% email bounce rate and making it impossible for the sales team to effectively prioritize and contact leads. Manual data cleaning would have taken months.
Our Solution
We created a Zapier-based system that continuously monitors and cleans CRM data, using ZoomInfo for enrichment and custom webhooks for real-time validation. The system deduplicates records, validates email addresses, and enriches missing company information.
